Recover From Narcissistic Abuse
When You’re Ready, I’m Here
I know how confusing and exhausting life can feel when you’ve spent a long time around narcissistic behaviour. You can start to lose touch with what you think, what you need, and even what feels normal. I know that feeling because I’ve lived it too.
What helped me was learning to recognise the patterns, trust my own judgement again, and set boundaries that felt right for me. Little by little, life became calmer and I began to feel like myself again.
That experience is a big part of why I do this work today. I offer calm, practical support to help you make sense of what’s happening, rebuild your confidence in yourself, and work out what you want to do next — at your own pace.
If you’re wondering if 1-to-1 support could help, you can start here.
How I Can Support You
Living with narcissistic behaviour can leave you questioning yourself, walking on eggshells and wondering whether you’re making too much of what’s happening. Sometimes simply being able to talk it through with someone who understands can bring a huge sense of relief.
My approach is gentle, practical and always centred around you. We can look at the patterns you’re dealing with, make sense of what has been happening and work on the areas that matter most to you — whether that’s rebuilding your confidence, setting healthier boundaries, dealing with guilt, or finding your way forward after a difficult relationship.
There is no pressure to make big decisions before you’re ready. My role is to help you feel clearer, stronger and more confident in your own judgement, so that the choices you make genuinely feel like yours.
You May Be Here Because…
- You constantly second-guess yourself and wonder whether you’re overreacting.
- You feel blamed, dismissed or made responsible for keeping the peace.
- Setting boundaries leaves you feeling guilty, anxious or unsure of yourself.
- You’re trying to make sense of a difficult relationship with a partner, parent or family member.
- You feel worn down from walking on eggshells and never quite knowing where you stand.
- You want to trust your own judgement again and feel more like yourself.
